Package Prices (inclusive of GST)

All prices are based on 2 persons per room for Adults or up to 4 to a room for children. Minimum booking 20 people. A surcharge is applicable if group is less than 20 people.

School Groups $38.00 per person

Accommodation, Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunch, Dinner and Supper.

Adult Groups $52.00 per person

Accommodation, Continental Breakfast, Light Lunch and Dinner (soup, main meal and dessert)

Linen Hire $12.00 per bed

Please Note: These prices are valid until December 2008 and are negotiable at the time of booking.

What you need to bring . . . .

  1. All your own bedding (sleeping bag, linen, blanket, pillow and towel). Linen hire is available with prior notice.
  2. Fold up chair if you are sitting outside.
  3. Cold drink machine,  washing machine and drier all located on site require $1.00 and 50c coins.
  4. Provisions may be obtained from either Batlow or Tumbarumba.
  5. Pets are not welcome.

Payment Procedure

  1. Booking Fee of $220.00 must be paid within four (4) weeks of the booking date.
  2. 50% of the total rentals required one month in advance. No refunds unless extenuating circumstances prevail and claims are made in writing.
  3. Balance of rental is required two weeks in advance.
  4. Payments should be forwarded to Laurel Hill Forest Lodge, by direct debit, cheque or money order.
